Since 2002, we’ve focused on thoughtful design, sustainability, and high-quality production, with manufacturing in Europe and a loyal customer base around the world. We’re a collaborative team, and design is central to how we communicate and grow the brand.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a  freelance Graphic Designer  to join us 2-3 days per week . In this role, you’ll own the execution of visual assets across email, social, web, and select print projects. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director to support launches, campaigns, and ongoing brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

Design and produce digital and occasional print assets:

• Marketing emails (e-blasts and flows) aligned to the marketing calendar
• Social media assets for organic and paid campaigns
• Web graphics and landing page components
• Create and refine print materials such as postcards, and simple catalogs
• Maintain and evolve Oeuf’s visual identity across all touchpoints
• Prepare production-ready files and follow through on details (sizes, specs, exports)
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team (creative, marketing, operations, CX)
• Manage your time and workload to reliably deliver on weekly priorities

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house, agency, or freelance)
• Portfolio showing brand systems and marketing campaigns (not just one-off logo work)
• Experience in lifestyle, fashion, home, kids/parenting, or DTC brands is a plus
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
• Strong eye for typography, composition, color, and hierarchy
• Comfortable working within established brand guidelines while contributing new ideas

Role Details

• Type:  Freelance 
• Schedule:  2-3 days per week (ongoing), hybrid
• 1–2 days per week in our Brooklyn office; remaining time can be remote
• Compensation:  Competitive and commensurate with experience (hour rate)
