Job Description
Our client is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for its Durham, NC facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience independently managing warehouse operations, including equipment and inventory management, operating material handling equipment (sit-down forklift), and handling shipping and receiving functions.
Preferred certifications include OSHA 10/30, First Aid, and CPR. The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined , detail-oriented , and highly organized , with strong proficiency in inventory management software .
This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations , with a strong focus on inventory control , tracking , shipping and receiving , and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The role follows 8-hour shifts , with occasional overtime required to coordinate with field crews or support disaster recovery and weekend operations .
