Boxajoy Inc. is a Georgia-based nonprofit organization dedicated to spreading hope and care to those in need through “Boxes of Joy” — care packages filled with essentials, comfort items, and personalized notes.
We are seeking volunteer WordPress & Administrative Support team members to help us design and launch our nonprofit website hosted on Interserver . This opportunity is ideal for students, freelancers, or professionals who want hands-on experience developing a live website for a social-impact organization while assisting with light administrative and outreach tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and building pages on WordPress (mission, donate, volunteer, contact, etc.)
- Uploading and organizing logos, images, and written content in line with Boxajoy branding
- Assisting with light admin work (Google Workspace setup, forms, Canva templates, nonprofit applications)
- Collaborating with the leadership team to improve site structure and community engagement
Preferred Skills:
- Basic WordPress experience (themes, plugins, and page builders)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva or Google Workspace
- Passion for community service, digital storytelling, and nonprofit growth
