Our Energy team is looking for a Senior Engineer who will provide energy-efficiency solutions to critical facilities across the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. If you are passionate about central plant optimization, energy systems, modeling, and developing practical decarbonization strategies, this is a great opportunity to make a measurable impact.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and manage ASHRAE level energy audits and energy engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Perform site assessments and analyze building systems to develop Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs)
• Conduct custom energy calculations for energy savings, carbon reduction, and cost-benefit financial analysis for potential ECMs
• Collaborate closely with internal design and controls engineers and external vendors to obtain pricing and develop detailed engineering scope of works
• Translate technical findings into reports and present recommendations to clients

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in energy engineering and analysis
• Proficiency in tools such as eQUEST, EnergyPlus, OpenStudio, or IES VE preferred
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or a related field
• Strong familiarity with ASHRAE standards, NYC energy codes, and Local Laws 87/97
• Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
• PE license is a plus but not required
