Specific Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage the people and material to complete high quality, profitable work
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Obtain daily, weekly, and monthly sales/productivity goals
- Answer phones
- Manage parts and supplies to ensure all scheduled jobs can be completed
- Use designated software to schedule, dispatch, and manage daily operations
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements: - High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions
- Proficiency with software and technology-based devices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team builder
