Overview NATIONWIDE SEARCH: FULL-TIME ROTATIONAL NANNY NEEDED IN NJ + FL A devoted Baptist family is seeking a full-time rotational nanny to join their warm, values-driven household and work in tandem with their beloved nanny of three years. The family has four children; two daughters, ages 7 and 5, a spirited 2-year-old son, and a sweet 4-month-old baby boy. Each child brings something special to the dynamic: one is artistic and girly, another is a fun-loving little wild man, and the baby is cuddly and calm. Faith is the foundation of their lives, and they are looking for someone who not only excels in childcare but also shares their conservative values and beliefs. Prayer is a regular part of the family’s daily rhythm, and they would love a nanny who is both comfortable with and respectful of that whether they choose to participate or not. Their schedule includes school, dance classes, and Church on Sundays. The household is active, loving, and organized, yet laid-back in nature, and they are seeking someone who is Type A, checklist-oriented, and proactive, while also able to go with the flow. This is a full-time, two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off rotational position with live-in accommodations provided during the on weeks. The family resides in Ocean City, NJ from June through September and Port St. Lucie, FL from October through May , and the role includes frequent extended travel. The nanny must be a confident swimmer, comfortable in and around the water, and capable of safely managing multiple children in aquatic settings. Responsibilities may include helping the children to and from activities, preparing simple meals, helping with homework, running errands, and keeping the household running smoothly while the parents manage their respective commitments. There are no pets in the home. The ideal candidate is flexible, upbeat, and eager to become an integral part of the family unit—someone who takes pride in their work, finds joy in helping children thrive, and who truly respects and embraces a traditional Christian lifestyle. The family is open to candidates from out of state and is willing to assist with relocation expenses. Compensation is $32-39/hr gross via payroll + benefits. A signed NDA is required for employment. If you feel called to serve a family whose faith is paramount and are seeking a long-term position with purpose, please apply!
