About Us:
We are a design-build firm with a full in-house architecture arm, specializing in cold storage, pharmaceutical storage, food manufacturing, and large light industrial facilities. Our clients include major names such as US Foods, Sysco, and other confidential partners.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have food & beverage or cold storage construction experience , though candidates with strong warehouse or IMP project experience will also be considered. This role will collaborate with Project Managers based in Alabama and Pennsylvania.
Key Details:
Travel: Typically ~5 days per month (can vary based on project needs)
Project Types: Cold storage, pharma storage, food manufacturing, and large light industrial facilities
Role: Oversee field operations, ensure project quality, safety, and on-time delivery, and coordinate with PMs and design teams
Qualifications:
Experience with food & beverage, cold storage, warehouse, or IMP-type projects
Strong background in industrial/commercial construction management
Willingness to travel as required (~5 days/month average)
