The Tallahassee office of Akerman LLP seeks an Associate with 1 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing (SNDA agreements and estoppel certificates), acquisition and sales transactions (purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, closing checklists), contract drafting and review, as well as title and survey reviews. Excellent academics, strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills are required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next examination.
