Job Description
The Community Monitor is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly environment within the community. This role involves patrolling the property, monitoring amenities, enforcing community rules, and documenting violations. The Community Monitor serves as the eyes and ears of the community, helping to protect property values and ensure a pleasant living experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol the community grounds and common areas using a golf cart.
Monitor and document violations, including but not limited to:
Improper parking
Unauthorized garage sales
Improper garbage disposal
Unapproved exterior home modifications
Deter and remove unauthorized solicitors from the property.
Oversee the use of amenities such as the pool and gym to ensure compliance with community rules.
Maintain detailed records and reports of violations, observations, and incidents.
Provide a visible presence to promote compliance with community guidelines.
Communicate effectively with management regarding issues, concerns, and patterns of non-compliance.
Assist in special projects or additional monitoring needs as assigned.
** VALID DRIVERS LICENSE A MUST!**
Part-Time: 20 hours a week
Pay Rate: $17-$18 DOE
