Job Description
We are looking for a maintenance person to help us maintain three (3) seperate mobile home parks located in Longview, TX. The maintenance person must have experience doing plumbing work. Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Plumbing work (both water and sewer lines)
- Light electrical work
- Mowing, raking, edging
- Picking up trash
- Other general work
The job will require 30 hours per week and pay between $3,500/mo and $4,000/m o depending on experience.
There are no benefits provided.
