Position: Plumbing/Drain Sales Supervisor (will use company-provided leads to close the sales)
Location:  Des Moines, Iowa
Job Type:  Full-time
Compensation:  Commission-based role (uncapped commission, strong performers could earn up to $150,000.00 and beyond yearly)

Plumbing/Drain experience is required for this position.

Job Description:

We are seeking Sales Supervisors with a plumbing background and a strong sales and lead generation background.

Responsibilities:

  • Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information on products and pricing
  • Generate leads, opportunities, and work with management to create and develop sales and marketing strategies that result in meeting or exceeding established goals
  • Develop relationships with customers by providing professional representation and assistance in all areas to improve their plumbing needs
  • Participate in sales and product training in person, online and through various content
  • Conduct thorough job site measuring, take photos, calculate the cost of the project, present to customers and follow up
  • Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
  • Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards consistent with good judgment, policy, objectives, and our company Code of Ethics
  • Work alongside various departments and vendors to ensure KPI’s are met
  • Consistently provide sales performance support to technicians
  • Invest time on personal and professional development to increase personal leadership within departments
  • Provide technical assistance and sales performance support to technicians to ensure high quality of service to customers

Requirements:

  • Plumbing drain experience
  • 2 years in an outside sales, territory management/sales or lead generating role
  • Ability to drive team performance to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organization skills, accuracy, and dependability
  • Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional follow-through capabilities
  • Ability to operate basic hand tools necessary for the craft
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
