About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Service Delivery. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the entire delivery process within a specific office or marketplace, ensuring client satisfaction through the provision of exceptional customer service. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including the hiring, supervision, and training of a team of Directors, Market Managers, Account Managers, Recruiters, and other staff as necessary. The Managing Director will also be responsible for setting and achieving daily activity goals, conducting performance reviews, and developing service and delivery plans in line with organizational strategies. Key attributes for this role include a strong commitment to customer service, leadership, and a team-oriented, client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have well-developed communication skills, the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships. A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' related business experience, preferably in the staffing industry, are required, with previous management experience being a plus.
