About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Service Delivery. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including the hiring, supervision, and training of a team of Directors, Market Managers, Account Managers, Recruiters, and other staff as necessary. The Managing Director will also be responsible for setting and achieving daily activity goals, conducting performance reviews, and developing service and delivery plans in line with organizational strategies.
