The Integrated Media Supervisor position will be responsible for all planning and stewardship of all media strategy, inclusive of traditional and digital channels, coordinating and communicating plans to key stakeholders for multiple Davis Elen clients.

• Lead day-to-day media strategy, supervising projects and junior team members, while managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Support strategic planning initiatives with Media Director including: deck presentations, budget management, plan implementation, media channel selection, and audience alignment
• Collaborate and foster relationships with key partners including clients, internal teams/leadership, and media vendors
• Utilize research tools to support the preparation of media planning, construct target consumer profiles, evaluate and set communication goals by channel
• Generate and maintains planning documents such as flowcharts, budget trackers, program POVs and market landscapes
• Manage personal initiatives in addition to working with various teams to implement plans across multiple media channels, including training and supervising junior staff members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience at agency in media planning
• Experience planning various media types including TV, Radio, Streaming Audio, CTV, OLV, Social, Display, Programmatic, and Out Of Home
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills able to prioritize multiple workstreams
• Demonstrates resourcefulness and problem-solving skills with understanding of media fundamentals
• Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Knowledge and experience with planning tools such as, MediaOcean, Prisma, Netsuite, Media Tools, IMS, Simmons, Scarborough, Rentrak, Clear Decisions, Kantar
