Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and support staff
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including boilers and other mechanical equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and complies with safety regulations
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Provide training and mentorship on HVAC systems, schematics, and best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments on construction projects requiring HVAC expertise
  • Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and develop effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role in the mechanical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and HVAC sales (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical knowledge, including plumbing, welding, appliance repair, and general maintenance
  • Familiarity with boiler systems and their operation
  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics and technical diagrams
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license (required for travel between job sites)
  • English language proficiency (preferred)
