We are hiring for a  Nocturnist position. A  Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a  nocturnal  schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during  nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians at Community Hospital of San Bernardino.
• Work alongside specialized team members.
• Work PRN at the sister hospital – St. Bernardine Medical Center.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

Scheduling:

• Shifts for the  nocturnist  position are scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-on, 7-off rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• No procedural requirements.
• Admissions and cross-coverage are the main responsibilities.
• Open ICU with specialty support.

• Compensation: The nocturnist’s yearly salary is $333,000.
