Alliance Building Services , a full-service building maintenance company, is seeking a Night Janitor with medical facility cleaning experience for our Bellevue locations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our clients and their facility users. As a Healthcare Cleaning Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of medical facilities. This position is ideal for individuals with prior healthcare or clinical cleaning experience who can work independently and as part of a team. Multiple schedules and competitive pay rates are available.
Healthcare Cleaning Specialist Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of patient areas, restrooms, offices, and common spaces.
Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms frequently to meet healthcare hygiene standards.
Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, counters, and medical equipment areas.
Safely empty trash, recycling, and biohazard receptacles according to facility protocols.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using proper equipment, including backpack vacuums.
Dust and polish surfaces while adhering to infection-control procedures.
Interact professionally with facility staff, patients, and team members, maintaining a positive presence on-site.
Healthcare Cleaning Specialist Qualifications:
Previous experience cleaning medical or healthcare facilities is required.
Strong understanding of infection control, sanitization, and safety procedures.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Comfortable using a backpack vacuum and other cleaning equipment for extended periods.
Must be 18 years or older and pass a criminal background check.
Healthcare Cleaning Specialist Compensation: $19.00–$22.76/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
