Oliver Inc. is looking for an experienced Four-Color Perfector Pressman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have offset press experience and operate the assigned press, ensuring that the quality of printed work is compliant with the client\'s requirements. The person will direct the operations of the press, collaborating with all Departments involved in the manufacturing flow, ensuring the safety of each activity. Shift: 1st About The Role In this opportunity as a Four-Color Perfector Pressman , you will: Operate the 4 Color HUV Komori Sheet-fed press with aqueous or UV coating units, ensuring top-tier performance and accuracy. Possess a solid understanding of E.C./U.V. curing systems and perform regular maintenance to keep them running smoothly. Master Color Control Systems (CCS) and know how to interpret trapping, gray balance, and dot gain data to maintain Solid Ink Density (SID). Run jobs according to job ticket specifications and customer requirements, ensuring every detail is flawless. Perform routine maintenance on press equipment, including roller maintenance, while keeping up with production demands. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, always adhering to company safety protocols. Collaborate with the team and seek assistance when needed, ensuring the highest quality standards are met on every job. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in the printing industry, with a strong background in pressroom operations. A meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. The ability to lift 50 lbs. during maintenance and frequently bend, lift, and stand throughout your shift. A proactive attitude and strong communication skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with Solid Ink Density (SID) and Color Control Systems (CCS), ensuring exceptional print quality.
