Responsibilities:

• Craft dishes and maintain a pristine atmosphere in a fast-paced, fun work environment.
• Prepare food for the lounge, adhering to sanitation and serving standards.
• Showcase culinary expertise by arranging and serving diverse foods and beverages.
• Handle food supplies, equipment, and utensils with efficiency.
• Ensure cleanliness, restock buffet areas, and contribute to a hygienic work environment.

Requirements:

• Successful airport authority security background check.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• High school diploma or GED, with a background in customer service or restaurant/bar service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and days off.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate with diverse peers, customers, and supervisors.
• Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications, including food handler certification.
• Stand throughout entire scheduled shifts, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate challenges, read and interpret documents, and adhere to company policies.
• Engage and captivate through effective presentations and communication.
• Tackle physical tasks with grace, meeting safety and health standards.
