Position Overview

As an Event Marketer, you’ll be on the front lines of our marketing and outreach efforts. From local events to neighborhood canvassing to social media content creation, you’ll help drive awareness, capture leads, and share the Herbert brand with the world. You’ll also participate in regular team meetings and post-event debriefs to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Herbert at local community events (primarily evenings and weekends)
  • Actively engage with event attendees to generate leads and communicate our message
  • Participate in door-to-door canvassing to reach new audiences
  • Create or assist with social media content (videos, photos, stories) to showcase events and culture
  • Track your leads and event metrics to meet monthly performance goals
  • Attend bi-weekly in-person team meetings
  • Participate in post-event debriefs (in-person, following each event)
  • Help with event setup and takedown

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident communicator
  • Passionate about meeting new people and making meaningful connections
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Social media savvy or eager to learn content creation (experience preferred)
  • Comfortable initiating conversations in a door-to-door setting
  • Weekend and evening availability required
  • Prior experience in events, sales, or canvassing is a plus
