Job Summary and Description Responsible for dispatching Alamo CollegesDistrict's police officers and security officers to any campus or districtlocation upon request. Reports to the District Department of PublicSafety. To view a complete job description, click here. Qualifications Minimum Education/Experience: Graduation from high school or equivalent (GED). Six months of experience in a position that required public contact, reception duties, dispatching, or related duties. Preferred Education/Experience: Some college. Formal training program after high school of approximately one year in duration and one year of related job experience. One year of experience including some experience with radio communications and computers. Required License and Certifications: Position requires certification by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) within one year from date of appointment.
