Grand Design RV is currently looking for a
Dispatcher . As a Grand Design team member in this role, you will provide service to our dealers by dispatching all U.S and Canada units, while also providing daily support to our Production plants & PDI departments.

Key Areas of Responsibility - Invoice & Dispatch units daily.
- Create State Seals & CSA Seals daily.
- Assist our Customer Relations team with damaged units.
- Assist shuttle drivers with unit pick-ups.
- Weekly yard inventory.
- Afternoon daily reports.
- Cooperate & work with the Pre-Delivery Inspection departments.
- Pick up packets at the Production plants daily.
- Assist other team members as needed.
Education & Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous dispatching experience a plus
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word a must
- Basic computer skills
- Must have a Valid driver's license
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong communication skills a must
- Basic grammar skills & legible handwriting skills
Physical Demands - Able to work early as needed
- Able to work late & Saturdays as needed
- Able to work in outdoor conditions year round
