Memmer Homes, a custom home builder known for timeless design and high-quality craftsmanship, is looking for an Architectural Director to join our creative leadership team.

As our go-to architectural expert, you'll shape beautiful, functional spaces from concept to completion. You'll guide projects through design, documentation and construction, bringing dream homes to life across Central Ohio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design & Creativity

• Design custom homes with unique architectural style.
• Create timeless exterior and well-planned, livable interiors.
• Translate client vision into thoughtfully crafted plans.

Visualization

• Develop stunning 3D color renderings and animations.
• Present concepts that help clients see their future homes.

Technical Execution

• Produce full construction document sets and permit packages.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and review for accuracy.
• Ensure all designs meet applicable codes and construction best practices.

Collaboration

• Work closely with clients, estimators, designers and field supervisors.
• Participate in site visits and design review meetings.
• Be a core player in our hands-on, high-performance team.

Coordination

• Review project goals with the team.
• Interact with clients.
• Complete site visits.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ Years of architectural design experience (residential preferred).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit or similar.
• Strong 3D visualization and rendering skills.
• Solid understanding of residential construction, codes and engineering coordination.
• A passion for creativity, precision and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Applicant must be local to Central Ohio, this is an in-house position, no remote applications will be considered.
