Main Ingredients of the Job

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times
• Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand
• Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures
• Handle collections and payments when applicable
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client experience
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively
• Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops

What You Bring to the Table

• Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid CDL Class A issued by your state with necessary endorsements
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months in food/beverage delivery
• Ability to operate manual transmission preferred
• Proficient in reading and communicating in English

* Registering with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is a requirement by the Department of Transportation. All drivers must register to access this secure online database that provides real-time information about CDL and CLP holders’ drug and alcohol program violations.

Compensation

The expected base rate for this role is between $22.56 and $28.20/hour , depending on relevant experience and qualifications. This role may also include overtime compensation and a retention bonus.
