Delivery Driver -

Independent Contractor (Small

Package Delivery, Flexible Schedule)

Green Compass Transportation .

 

• Green Compass Transports is seeking reliable and motivated independent contract delivery drivers to deliver small scale parcels for the following regions/ Zip codes: 
• Harrisburg (Dauphin County, 17112 )
• Halifax & Dauphin,Pa (Dauphin County) 17018  &  17032
• Jonestown & Fredericksburg,Pa              17026         &        17038                 (Lebanon County)
• Tower City & Muir, Pa ( Schuylkill County ) 17980 & 17957

 

Ultimately looking to assign most suitable driver(s) to one of the aforementioned regions, with a guaranteed daily route. 

 

The pay rate is $1.50 per package delivered , with the potential to earn a  weekly performance incentive after first 200 packages. 

 

• First 200 Packages  for the week: $1.50 per delivered package.
• $1.75 per package for every delivered package after 200 for the week.
• $2.00 per package for every delivered package after 300.

 

There is no cap on your potential earnings and your Schedule can be as busy or as flexible as you choose.

Service Area: Dauphin County ( 17112 , 17018 & 17032 ) -Lebanon County ( 17026 & 17038 ) - Schuykill County ( 17980, 17957 )

 

Schedule: Flexible – work when you choose

Pay: Per-package rate (earnings depend on the number of packages delivered. Possible to earn incentive )

 

Responsibilities:

•    Pick up and deliver small packages safely and efficiently

•    Follow assigned routes in the Harrisburg region

•    Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service

•    Handle packages with care

•    Manage your own schedule and workload as an independent contractor

 

Requirements:

•    Valid driver’s license

•    Reliable vehicle

*** No Background Check 

•    Current auto insurance

•    Ability to lift small packages (typically under 20 lbs)

•    Smartphone for routing and delivery updates

•    Must be eligible to work as an Independent Contractor (1099)
