Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate investment opportunities using fundamental strategic analysis and financial modeling.
  • Gain exposure to various portfolio company issues, including add-on investments and improving core operations.
  • Participate in a multi-week training program to learn Bain Capital’s value-added investment approach.
  • Develop skills as a value-added investor through diverse experiences across industries and investment types.

Required Experience

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.

Qualifications

  • Excellent academic track record.
  • Strong quantitative, leadership, and communication skills.
