Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse operations team. This role involves selecting and preparing both food and non-food products for shipping, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience operating a Class III Rider Jack or electric pallet jack and is comfortable working in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
Responsibilities:
Accurately pick customer orders and stack products on pallets in a safe, stable, organized manner and according to company standards
Operate a Class III Rider Jack or electric pallet jack to move efficiently through designated pick slots
Transport completed pallets to the appropriate staging area
Handle all products with care to prevent damage
Meet required productivity and accuracy standards daily
Conduct basic daily equipment inspections and promptly report any issues or damages to a supervisor
Keep the work area clean and safe at all times
Participate in general facility clean-up and complete daily cleaning assignments as directed
Follow all company safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques (bending at the knees, not the back)
Perform other warehouse duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience operating a Rider Jack or Class III Forklift
Minimum 1 year of experience in order picking and palletizing
Experience using voice picking systems
Ability to lift and move cases weighing 50–100 lbs. consistently
Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting during the full work shift
Able to work in Dry, Cooler, and Freezer environments (experience in cold environments preferred)
Familiarity with voice-picking systems (preferred)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
