Job Summary (in List Format): Virtual Assistant (Night Shift)
- Provide administrative and CRM-based support to international nonprofit clients.
- Perform CRM data entry, cleanup, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
- Manage donor and volunteer information across multiple CRM platforms.
- Assist with documentation, report generation, email management, and database organization.
- Communicate professionally with US/global clients via email and scheduled calls.
- Handle various administrative duties as required by clients.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of assignments.
- Utilize MS Excel, Word, and email communication tools efficiently.
- Work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST at the Lower Parel, Mumbai office.
- Preferred candidates have experience as a Virtual Assistant, CRM Specialist, Data Analyst, or in Customer Success roles.
- Experience with nonprofits and international clients is advantageous.
