We are currently hiring a Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our internal departments and leadership team. This is a fully remote position that requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, responsive, and dependable, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a virtual work environment.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and data entry
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and send reminders
Assist with document preparation, report generation, and basic spreadsheet work
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams via email and phone
Conduct online research and compile findings as needed
Organize and maintain digital files and records
Track tasks, deadlines, and project statuses using internal systems or task management tools
Handle basic customer service and follow-up communications
Support sales or operations teams with clerical or back-office functions
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1–2 years of administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with productivity and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, Zoom)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
$18 – $24 per hour , depending on experience
( Approximately $38,000 – $50,000 annually )
