Veterinary Receptionist

We’ve built trusted relationships with our community veterinary partners, leading to an expansive referral base and a diverse caseload. Our 10,000+ sq. ft. facility , located just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, offers a dynamic and educational work environment where compassion, integrity, and learning are at the heart of everything we do.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist who is:

• Kind, caring, and empathetic , ensuring exceptional client experiences every day
• Skilled in customer service , with a passion for helping both people and their pets
• Willing to learn veterinary-specific software and medical terminology
• Experienced in the veterinary field (preferred but not required)

Job Details:

• Hours: 30-39 per week
• Shifts: Start as early as 7 AM and end as late as 10 PM
• Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Work Location: In-person

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
