\tCT Simulation
\tAssociate's degree from an AMA-approved Radiation Therapy program
\tARRT certification (Radiation Therapy)
\tActive New York State Radiation Therapy license
\tMinimum of 3–5 years of related clinical experience
\tDeliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards
\tOperate and maintain high-voltage, state-of-the-art radiation therapy equipment while adhering to all safety protocols
\tInterpret treatment prescriptions and accurately position patients for therapy delivery
\tPrepare, operate, and monitor radiotherapy equipment, including:
\tLinear Accelerators
\t\tCT Simulator
\t\tCo-60 and other applicable systems
\t\tPerform CT simulation and localization procedures to determine tumor size and positioning
\tCollect contours, physical factors, and patient data required for treatment planning
\tTake radiographic images and portal films to verify treatment fields and volumes
\tPhotograph patients as needed for portal verification
