RN Case Management 

 

Shift: 8 Hour Shift ( Monday to Friday ) Weekends as Needed 

 

Must have : 

Behavioural Health experience with suicide risk and substance use assessments

Discharge planning

 

Certifications: BLS (AHA)

 

EMR : Meditech/Midas/Navi health

 

Years Experience: 2 Year

Professional and dedicated and friendly

Strong communication skills

Adaptable to different units. 

Candidate Should be above 50 Miles from the Facility Location \nFull SSN Required at the Time of Submission
