CVOR Scrub & Circulate RN

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to join our team in [City, State] . This is a day shift position, offering a 3x12-hour schedule from 06:00 to 18:00, with operating times from 6:50 AM to 5:20 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for all types of CVOR cases


• Float as needed to general OR assignments


• Participate in weekend and weekday call shifts as required


• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license or compact license at the time of submission


• 3-5+ years of experience in CVOR


• BLS and ACLS certifications required


• Charge nurse experience preferred


• Level I Trauma experience required


• Must have experience with Cerner (Surginet) charting system


• Availability for weekend and weekday call rotations

Additional Information

• Patient Ratio: 1:1 during days and weekends


• Daily Census: 2 patients


• Number of OR rooms: 2


• Pre-Approved Time Off must be submitted at the time of application
