Our client, a leader in the construction and property development industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented New Build Construction Cleaning professional to join their team. As a New Build Construction Cleaning specialist, you will be an essential part of the construction process, ensuring newly built apartment units are spotless, safe, and ready for occupancy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: New Build Construction Cleaning

Location: Decorah, IA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: flexible days

What's the Job?

• Perform detailed cleaning of newly constructed apartment units to prepare them for occupancy
• Remove construction debris, dust, and dirt from all areas of the unit
• Clean windows, window tracks, frames, and mirrors to ensure clarity and shine
• Wipe down walls, doors, baseboards, cabinetry, and trim for a pristine finish
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including fixtures and appliances, to meet high cleanliness standards

What's Needed?

• Experience in post-construction or commercial cleaning preferred
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
• Good time management skills to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
