Technical Support Manager

• Up to $110k per year + 401k + Healthcare Package + Bonus

• Full-time, onsite role

• Irvine, California

This is a hands-on role where engineering knowledge meets customer insight. You'll act as the key link between Customer/Technical Support and Engineering - owning the technical roadmap for their product lines and ensuring top-tier performance in the field.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive product knowledge database
• Supporting internal staff through training and development
• Managing technical escalations
• Acting as a liaison between the Heating engineering team and the commercial team – essentially a “translator” between engineering and business

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline - or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• 3–5 years in technical product management or engineering, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and gas systems.
• Proven ability to own and manage technical product lifecycle and roadmap.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Skilled communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft NAV & CE is a plus).
• Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented - especially under pressure.
