Description:

Access Data Consulting Corporation is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent across a wide range of roles, including but not limited to Software Architects, Developers (various stacks), Project Managers, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and more.
This is a hybrid role based in our Denver office, requiring a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities include finding, attracting, and engaging candidates for technical roles; sourcing and engaging technical talent using various methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.); partnering with account executives to understand technical needs and team dynamics; screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for skills and fit; building talent pipelines for current and future technical openings; ensuring a positive candidate experience; and tracking candidate data in the ATS.
Work from our Denver office on a hybrid schedule.

Requirements:

3-5 years of successful technical recruiting experience.
Proven ability to source and hire for diverse technical and non-technical roles.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the tech landscape.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and ATS.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule in our Denver office.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
