Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a leading organization. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a large, established company by supporting its hiring operations and workforce planning initiatives. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator , you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth recruiting processes, accurate data management, and compliance across hiring activities, all while supporting programs that help bring in top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job requisitions and position data within SuccessFactors.
  • Post and maintain openings across internal and external job boards.
  • Review hiring data, offer letters, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with TA, HR, and business leaders to support hiring processes and workforce planning.
  • Support recruiting programs such as internships, high-volume hiring, and internal mobility.
  • Assist with the adoption and use of updated talent acquisition processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related operations support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/ATS systems preferred.
  • Background supporting recruiting programs (internships, high-volume, or mobility) preferred.
  • Experience auditing data for accuracy and compliance preferred.
