Job Description / Essential Elements:


Perform a variety of routine clerical tasks, typing, proofreading, filing, and making copies of materials; act as a receptionist and/or answer office telephones and replies to routine inquiries; keep simple record and make entries on standardized forms; does alphabetical and numerical sorting and filing of cards, records, and correspondence, type reports, letters, and other materials from rough drafts or general instructions; type prescribed information onto record and cards from clearly defined sources; make simple computations and compilations of data; search files and records for easily identified information; receive, open, sort, and distribute mail; may take periodic inventory of materials and equipment in assigned area; may order, receive, and distribute supplies and other materials; may operate a cordless switchboard in receiving and routing in-house calls; may operate word processing equipment or computer terminals.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Proof of HS Graduation
