Location: Montgomery, AL Branch
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Recruiter to join our Montgomery branch. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of positions across multiple industries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client job requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-up communication.
Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Collaborate with branch leadership to meet staffing goals and deadlines.
Stay current on local labor market trends and industry best practices.
Participate in job fairs and community events to promote the company and attract talent.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a related staffing role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with ATS software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Montgomery job market and industries preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
