Job Title: Staffing Recruiter
Location: Montgomery, AL Branch

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Recruiter to join our Montgomery branch. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of positions across multiple industries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client job requirements.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.

  • Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-up communication.

  • Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes.

  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

  • Collaborate with branch leadership to meet staffing goals and deadlines.

  • Stay current on local labor market trends and industry best practices.

  • Participate in job fairs and community events to promote the company and attract talent.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a related staffing role.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Familiarity with ATS software and MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of the Montgomery job market and industries preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role located at the Montgomery branch with some remote work flexibility.

  • Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent recruiting assignments.
