Title: Sr. Designer, 3D + Motion
Location: St. Jude Medical Dr, Little Canada, MN 55117, USA
Duration: 12 Months with possible extensions
Work Arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH (Must be in office during training)
Pay Range: $55/ hr to $58/ hr (W2, No C2C)

We are looking for a “Sr. Designer, 3D + Motion” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.

Job Description
The Sr. Designer, 3D Visualization + Motion is an experienced animator and post-production professional responsible for bringing visuals and narratives to life across motion-based projects. The role requires proficiency in 2D/3D animation and video/audio editing, the ability to tackle technical challenges, and develop visual assets aligned with brand objectives.
The designer will work within a Creative Network reporting to the Creative Director or Associate Creative Director and collaborate with project teams to deliver compelling, customer-focused stories. This role also supports project management through cost estimation, production pipeline oversight, and execution from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage and create enterprise motion graphics.
• Develop and execute innovative videos for multiple multimedia formats.
• Contribute to brand look and feel and 3D visual standards.
• Create 3D visuals and animations of products, procedures, or concepts.
• Generate concepts for 3D graphics and illustrations.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently and maintain high attention to detail.
• Stay current on motion design industry standards.
• Provide production estimates and support project planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of motion design experience in agency or internal teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, project management tools, and 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema4D).
• Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating 2D/3D animation expertise.
