Job Description
As part of the Organic Social Media team, our Social Media Specialist will manage multiple hotel brands on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. They will be responsible for creating monthly social media calendars, graphic design, community management, and analyzing your efforts to stay efficient.Responsibilities include:Work with Social Media Managers and Director of Social Media to collaborate on social media strategies and ideate social media campaigns for hotelsBrainstorm, strategize and develop engaging brand voices for social platformsDesign thumb-stopping social posts and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe SuiteCreate visually appealing Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn or TikTok profiles using photo and video editing tools Write copy and create content for monthly social media calendarsMonitor social channels and contribute to engagement amongst followersAnalyze metrics and adjust strategies to improve social media effortsAssist Director of Social Media & Social Media Manager with monthly and quarterly reporting presentations Stay up-to-date on industry trends and test new tools and technologiesManage social media content distribution with third-party scheduling toolsRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field2-4 years experience in the social media management fieldPhotography/videography skills a plus Adobe Suite experience a plus Strong storytelling and creative content writing skillsKnowledge of Sprout Social or posting platform a plusBenefits & Perks:401(k) eligibilityMedical, dental and vision benefitsShort Term Disability, Long Term Disability & Life Insurance Benefits Hybrid Work ModelGenerous PTO allowanceParental leaveVolunteering PTOProfessional & Personal DevelopmentStudent Loan Repayment Plan ContributionsWellness Reimbursement ProgramDog-friendly officeScreen Pilot is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
