Seeking Skilled Fabricators - Who You Are
If you are a multi disciplinary fabrication craftsperson, skilled in a multitude of trades, have a high attention to detail and pride in mastering not one trade, but many over the course of your lifetime - AND/OR if you are skilled in one trade that you take significant pride in - we'd love for you to apply!

Our Ninja Fabricators are eager to learn and approach things with a glass half full mentality. They approach challenges with confidence and humility. A Ninja is always willing to teach and share their skills with others so that they may better learn their craft through the practice of sharing it. They are flexible and versatile, they are adaptable and patient. 

A Ninja Fabricator is willing to do whatever it takes to complete the mission, they put their team and their project needs before themselves while still maintaining honest and clear communication about their feelings, needs and limitations and in doing so raise to a higher level of awareness and personal enlightenment. They sweep with full attention to the highest level of excellence and maintain an organized, safe and efficient workplace at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of the fabrication and production of large scale 3D works of art across a range of industries and verticals.
• Maintain and Support a safe and orderly working environment 
• Learn and Perform tasks in the various trades and departments handled by the company, this includes but is not limited to:
  • Carpentry, Metal Work, Painting, Light Electrical Work, Light Plumbing, Shop Maintenance, Heavy Equipment Operations, Lift Operations, Rigging, Lighting, Driving of trucks, vans, trailers, and other recreational and work related vehicles
• Making parts for assemblies, organizing and preparing assemblies
• Performing site installation and de-Installation services.
• Pay utmost attention to detail.
• Follow instructions meticulously when given by a senior team member.
• Willing and prepared to travel.
