Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant Location : Atlanta GA Duration of Assignment : Fulltime Role Pay Range : 75K to 80K Annually Job Description: About the Role: Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex cash and reconciliation challenges? We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and play a vital role in managing high-value transactions, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end close processes. What You'll Do Analyze and process large-dollar transactions and complex cash reconciliations Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and financial reports Perform monthly P&L and variance analysis Research and resolve discrepancies, ensuring GAAP compliance Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts and investigate variances Support month-end and year-end close activities Collaborate with auditors and participate in updates to internal controls Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives What You Bring ~ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance ~3–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience ~ Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting ~ Proven experience in reconciling complex cash and balance sheet accounts ~ Advanced Excel skills; PeopleSoft and Financial Shared Services experience a plus **Apply right away for consideration** Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
