Regional Manager, Corporate Contracts

Location: Remote Available (U.S., with some state exclusions)

Compensation: $126,500 – $177,000 base + 15–30% bonus potential

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Mentor: Manage and develop multiple teams of contracts managers and administrators across a regional portfolio of capital projects.
• Set Standards: Implement corporate policies, procedures, and best practices in contract management, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Mitigate Risk: Analyze major contracts, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations to project managers for proactive resolution.
• Strategic Partner: Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Engineering & Construction leadership, and other support functions to ensure contract compliance and minimize exposure.
• Drive Performance: Oversee contract administration activities including claims management, back charges, documentation, and dispute resolution.
• Enable Growth: Provide training and mentorship for both senior and junior contract professionals, ensuring technical competence and knowledge transfer.
• Shape the Future: Contribute to lessons learned, standard operating procedures, and the strategic approach to contracting on mega-projects.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• 12+ years in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or Engineering (16+ years with HS diploma/GED).
• 7+ years leading teams in contracts management.
• Hands-on experience with E, C, EP, EPC, EPCM, and CM contracts across mining, oil & gas, or large industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.
• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).

Preferred Profile:

• Proven leadership in capital mega-projects ($1B+).
• Skilled at building high-performing teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Superior negotiation, communication, and analytical decision-making abilities.
• Deep understanding of contracts language and risk management.
