We are vertically integrated: we develop, manufacture, and fulfill everything in‑house, giving us operational control and the ability to directly involve customers in the R&D process. What’s The Job? The Director of Sales, Costco will lead Oats Overnight’s business directly with Costco. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel and retailer‑specific sales strategy. Responsibilities include owning key relationships with buyers at Costco’s Issaquah HQ and regional buyers, driving annual plans with Costco, and ensuring seamless alignment with Costco and other internal teams to hit gross and net sales goals. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Create and communicate sales goals and monthly KPI updates to ensure alignment with the executive team. Build and maintain long‑lasting, strong relationships at HQ and regional levels. Partner with Costco to better understand their business objectives and needs. Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals. Work closely with Costco Marketing to ensure best plans possible at targeted investment rates. Lead and organize demo strategy and leadership of logistics to support a phenomenal in‑club experience. Lead our expansion into Costco International opportunities. Stay on top of and communicate industry trends to better understand market dynamics and their impact on strategy. Other duties as assigned. What You’ve Done And Who You Are Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the food industry. Proven success leading and building a Costco relationship where you have sold directly to Costco. Experience creating channel‑level sales strategies, with successful implementation and execution. Strong existing relationships with Costco (D20 is preferred but not required). Experience in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient negotiator. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Experience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration, sharing ideas, and celebrating successes while driving positive outcomes with cross‑functional teams. Willingness to travel as needed. Someone who can partner and influence at all levels. Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate a fast‑moving environment.
