RN Supervisor – Weekend Warrior (Taconic Rehabilitation and Health Care Center of Ulster)
Highland, NY | Part-time Hours with Full Time Pay | $40.00/hour to $42.89/hour Plus an additional 13.5 hours incentive pay after completing both shifts!

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our Weekend Warrior team — ideal for nurses who love leadership, teamwork, and a steady weekend schedule with enhanced pay.
Schedule: 3:00-11:00PM Saturday & Sunday (12-hour shifts)
Status: Full-time Weekend Warrior
Shifts: pm Saturday and Sunday
Compensation: Competitive base rates + Weekend Warrior premium pay
Location: Taconic Rehabilitation and Health Care Center of Ulster, Highland, NY
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure consistent, quality resident care.
Lead shift handoffs and coordinate care across departments.
Serve as the on-site clinical leader and point of contact for staff and families on weekends.
Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and communicate with providers as needed.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
Maintain compliance with all facility and state/federal regulations.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience in long-term care or rehab preferred.
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
