Job Title: Restoration Technician

Position Summary:
We are urgently seeking a certified Restoration Technician to join our team in Avon, Colorado . This hands-on role involves performing restoration services including water, fire, and mold damage cleanup and repair. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform restoration and mitigation services including water extraction, mold remediation, and structural drying
  
• Operate restoration equipment and tools (air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters, etc.)
  
• Document job progress and conditions accurately using company systems
  
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
  
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
  
• Be available for on-call and emergency response work, including occasional nights and weekends
  

Requirements:

• Must have current IICRC certification (WRT required; ASD or AMRT preferred)
  
• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
  
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
  
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  
• Must be willing to relocate to the Avon, CO area (relocation assistance provided)
