Work From home Pay is $29 per hour

North Florida Villa is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Records Clerk to join our team. As the Records Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing important documents and records for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update physical and electronic files, including but not limited to contracts, employee records, and financial documents
• Create and maintain an efficient filing system
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes
• Process and track important documents and legal paperwork
• Manage and update company databases and systems
• Retrieve and prepare requested documents for internal staff and external partners
• Ensure all documents are properly labeled, stored and easily accessible
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices for record-keeping
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in records management, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with legal documents and terminology preferred
• Basic understanding of confidentiality and data protection laws
• Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
• Team player and willingness to collaborate with others
