A leading private equity firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator for a long-term temporary assignment supporting their Business Operations talent team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume scheduling role with significant exposure to senior leadership.

Schedule : Hybrid

Hours : 9:00am–5:30pm

Hourly Pay : $35-38/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple departments, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Create and manage complex interview schedules, often involving senior stakeholders and multiple time zones
  • Provide candidates with detailed itineraries and ensure a professional, welcoming experience whether onsite or via video
  • Schedule and facilitate Zoom interviews, including troubleshooting basic tech issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
  • Collect and track feedback post-interview; follow up with candidates and hiring teams
  • Assist in reference and background check processes
  • Liaise with Human Resources and IT to support onboarding for new hires
  • Participate in recruiting-related projects and help implement process improvements where appropriate

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or HR support role, preferably within a high-volume, client-facing environment
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS) is required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be comfortable in a financial services or professional services setting with high performance expectations
  • Candidates should be highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable
