Job Description

Quality Assurance Manager - Lead Quality for Mission‑Critical Technologies

At Teledyne Energy Systems, Inc., you'll join a team known for engineering innovation that supports energy, aerospace, and defense technologies worldwide.   • Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure products meet company and customer standards.

  • Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and improvements.

  • Oversee audits, investigations, and corrective actions.

  • Validate quality processes, documentation, and performance metrics.
  • \n
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership on new product and process initiatives.

  • Manage and coach quality team members, ensuring accountability and growth.
  • \n
  • Prepare and analyze quality documentation, reports, and trends.
  • \n
  • Support compliance with safety, regulatory, and import/export requirements.
  • \n
  • Stay current on quality trends and best practices.
  • \n

What you need
    \n
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills - required.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage complex issues and drive decisions - required.
  • \n
  • Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or technical environment - required.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, Lean, or Six Sigma principles - advantage.
  • \n
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems - advantage.
  • \n
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field - required.
  • \n
  • 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination - required.
  • \n
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance - required.
  • \n

Salary Range:
$114,800.00-$153,100.000
