• 2+ years of business analytics or project coordnation experience
• Experience working with Microsoft tools (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Strong communication and customer experience skills

Insight Global is looking for a junior Business Analyst/Project Coordinator to join the IT organization at a higher education client. This candidate will be supporting a new document management project that is being implemented across multiple campuses. This candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and will be providing communications support to the day to day operations of the service. They will be responsible for documentation and implementation of new processes. The ideal candidate will have a business analyst background and strong communication. This is a remote role but the candidate must be local to MA and available to come onsite for monthly meetings.
